Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) will own 40 percent of the planned carrier Ethernet joint venture with Juniper Networks Inc,  a spokeswoman for NSN said on Friday. NSN and Juniper unveiled late on Thursday a plan to create the joint venture aimed at the carrier Ethernet market, one of the remaining growth pockets in the shrinking telecommunications equipment market.
